Any new features that enhance or augment the current ticketing process, including the release of new tools and resources, shall be subject to these Terms. Continued use of our services after any such changes will constitute your consent to those changes. Violation of any of the terms below will result in the cancellation of your ticket and forfeiture of any right to a refund. You agree to use our ticketing system at your own risk.
